The BodyFit Athletic Club reimagines the gym as an international online community that provides expertise, encouragement, and accountability in your fitness and nutrition journey. Amy Kiser Schemper is a certified personal trainer with a Masters Degree in exercise science, a Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialist, with certifications in Pilates, Kettlebell, TRX, and Kickboxing. She is joined by Vivian Schemper, a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist and former health coach for the popular weight loss app, Noom. Vivian specializes in weight management, weight loss, culinary nutrition, and health coaching.

How do i watch the workouts?

Monthly and weekly workout calendars will be posted in The BodyFit Athletic Club with clickable links to each workout.  Be sure you are subscribed to the Bodyfit by Amy YouTube channel to watch the videos from your computer, mobile device or stream through your smart TV. Exclusive videos will be linked in the workout calendars as well.

WHO SHOULDN'T JOIN THIS PROGRAM?
