I’m Amy.
I am a certified personal trainer and fitness expert who provides FREE workouts that are effective, positive, fun and adaptable for ALL fitness levels.
I am on a mission to change the traditional fitness narrative (which often focuses on shame, guilt, unattainable physical ideals, and pushing yourself to the point of injury) and instead create highly effective workouts that make you feel strong, empowered and encouraged to keep coming back for more.
