I am a certified personal trainer and fitness expert who provides FREE workouts that are effective, positive, fun and adaptable for ALL fitness levels.
I am on a mission to change the traditional fitness narrative, which often focuses on shame, guilt, unattainable physical ideals, and pushing yourself to the point of injury.
In my early days of personal training, I vividly remember many of my colleagues and instructors “motivating” clients by pointing out all their flaws and screaming their weaknesses. Seeing the ramifications of this approach, I made it my mission to create highly effective workouts that make you feel strong, empowered, and encouraged to keep coming back for more.
