BodyFit by Amy workouts are designed to burn calories and blast fat, all while tightening and toning your muscles.   Workouts feature heart pumping cardio for maximum calorie burn, and interval training focusing on strengthening and sculpting. Each week you'll get a schedule of workouts from my YouTube channel, and for those of you who need an extra challenge - I've included some short Bonus Workouts.  All of my videos feature lower impact options and modifications for different fitness levels.
