This is a great program to pair with cardio on the alternate days, like running or biking. Each workout features both low and high impact options, so work to your level and take breaks as needed. Oh my, Amy made EXACTLY what I was looking for.
I’ve been an Amy fan girl for about 2 years. I found her prior to pregnancy, worked out with her up to the day before I delivered, and have been working out with her since. I couldn’t figure out for the longest time why her workouts work SO WELL but I don’t feel like I’m having to torture myself for amazing results.
Then, my husband started and got his grad degree in exercise science. Who else has this you ask? AMY. In addition to all her certifications. It all made sense. Gosh. Once I knew what is required for this masters degree, NO WONDER her workouts are so awesome.
Any who I am the blessed and happy momma of a 7 month old who’s busy. She doesn’t have time for her momma to be exercising all the time. This program is great. Workouts that my infant (who is not a sit and be entertained baby) will tolerate me doing. She loves Amy lol. My girl chills in her pink chair with like 8 toys and watches Amy and talks to her while I workout next to her.
I get great results, and I know that if I get time I can add in one of the extra workouts Amy includes or get to join one of her fun classes she does on YouTube live on Saturday.
