Simple and easy plan to follow but the workouts are great and challenge increases over the 4 weeks. 3 about 30 minute workouts a week with options to add a 4th is great for a busy lifestyle. It felt great to achieve success and even squeeze in 4 strength workouts two of the weeks. Would love to see more dumbbell plans. This was just what I needed to maintain consistency during a busy season of life.
