3 Days A Week Kettlebell Program

$4.99

In this 4-week Program, we’ll train your entire body for both strength and cardio, in just 3 kettlebell workouts a week! All you need is one kettlebell and a mat or soft space for floor work.

This program features 3 full body kettlebell workouts each week, with the option of a fourth Bonus Workout, and a Weekly 10 Minute Bonus Burn Workout (an optional workout that can be added on to any or all days that week). Each workout features both low and high impact options, so work to your level and take breaks as needed. Workouts will increase in time and intensity as the weeks progress, and as the workouts get more challenging, you will be getting stronger and more fit!

BodyFit by Amy programs are express versions of our popular full length e-books, where the main attraction is the clickable workout calendar.  They are curated programs designed to help you strategically focus your workouts in a time efficient, manageable way to reach your health and fitness goals. BodyFit by Amy Programs are downloadable interactive PDFs, that can be viewed on your computer, tablet, phone or other personal device with internet access.

BodyFit by Amy workouts are designed to burn calories and blast fat, all while tightening and toning your muscles.   Workouts feature heart pumping cardio for maximum calorie burn, and interval training focusing on strengthening and sculpting. Each week you’ll get a schedule of workouts from my YouTube channel, and for those of you who need an extra challenge – I’ve included some short Bonus Workouts.  All of my videos feature lower impact options and modifications for different fitness levels.

Let me help you become your happiest, healthiest, fittest self!

Simple and easy plan to follow but the workouts are great and challenge increases over the 4 weeks. 3 about 30 minute workouts a week with options to add a 4th is great for a busy lifestyle. Choosing plans and challenges that require more typically set myself up for failure just because it isn’t a match for my life right now. It felt great to achieve success and even squeeze in 4 strength workouts two of the weeks. Would love to see more dumbbell plans. This was just what I needed to maintain consistency during a busy season of life.
