ABSolution is Here!

Are you in?! Our second most popular challenge (after Holiday HIIT, of course) is back by popular demand! Four weeks of workouts, still getting full body strength, cardio, mobility and flexibility, but all with a special focus on CORE!
This is a favorite month for a reason: not just because we are getting core-focused workouts that pack a lot of variety and new challenges for our body, but because we are working on a stronger, more functional core: for better mobility, better workouts and better health (and all the reasons we discussed last week).
And yes, I know many of us have goals to tone and tighten our midsection, to lose belly fat or focus on the “pooch” and that’s okay! I want to help you get there! But the way we get there is starting from the inside out (literally!) and going back to basics with connecting, engaging and activating our entire core, not just in our workouts, but in all daily activities!
You can, of course, join the Absolution challenge completely for free by subscribing to the YouTube channel and making sure you get my weekly emails which include my monthly workout calendar, and weekly calendar links sent right to your inbox.
If you’re looking for more support, more education, a place to connect with me and Vivian (our Registered Dietitian), and a supportive community, now is the time to join us in the BodyFit Athletic Club, now on the BodyFit by Amy App. So many of you joined during Absolution the past two years for your goal of stronger abs, then stayed for all the other reasons we love the BAC. Consistency in workouts, a healthier relationship with food, The Method nutrition plan, livestreams, Q and As and so much more.
And you’re in luck! You can use the code ABSOLUTION for $10 off your first three months. And heads up, we’ve got something super special planned for May (we can’t wait to share with you soon!) and our SummerFit series kicks off in June.
For my PRENATAL and POSTNATAL moms… in the BodyFit Athletic Club I give substitution workouts just for you, and we now have a separate BodyFit Moms channel within the BAC where we can talk core in pregnancy and postpartum, and I’ll be giving you lots of resources and guidance. By joining the BAC, you also have access to my Pregnancy Program and Postnatal workouts.
What are you waiting for? It’s time. Get excited! Absolution is going to be ab-solutelyamazing!
Are you ready? Let’s do it!

I have been doing your workouts since November and just saw on your Instagram stories that I can download them early. I live in Oki and it works to do them a day late but it would be awesome to do them on the day because Mondays are a little weird the day that I do them. I signed up but I can’t find where to download them early. I would love some help.

I have liked all your workouts, but loved METCON!!! I think they were a little tougher then most other months I have done. I am 44 with 9 kids the last being a traumatic c-section. I did a lot of your prenatal workouts when I was pregnant with him and then some postnatal then started doing some different apps for a while but have just done your workouts for a few months now. I have gained weight but I know I am stronger. I’m a pretty healthy eater, but could cut out some sugar. Getting older is frustrating physically. I love the content you put out to keep me going though. Thank you!!!
