I have been following Amy on youtube for the past 2 years, and I wanted an organized program that I can follow regularly, I find her programs well balanced, efficient which I love because I have a 2-year-old so I need it to be short and super effective which it is! Totally worth the cost!
I wish I had known about this before, Amy, you might want to mention it at the end of your videos,
Anyway, I warmly recommend, don’t think twice, just go for it, do what you can.

I loved that program, and learned on how to structure my workouts better ie include some cardio during the week. The 4th week was challenging but left me wanting to have another go! I looked forward to my daily workouts which did not expect. I tried a lot of new types of workouts as part of the program and enjoyed them. I wouldn’t have tried them otherwise. I now realize variety is key to stay motivated. Totally worth the small price.

After a few weeks exercising without a schedule, I was interested in what Amy said at the end of many workouts: a schedule she put together!
It took me five weeks instead of four, because of a cold- but I am so much stronger woth more endurance!
And… I fit into my old jeans again!

I did another youtube workout the other day, the trainer said: it is going to be hard… BUT… It wasn’t that hard for me! So I went back to Amy’s workout this morning and it did challenge me + she has a lovely way of positive motivation which is very encouraging! Thank you Amy if you read this!
