We’re one month into SummerFit, and if you’ve been showing up — even inconsistently — this is your reminder that you’re building something real.
July is where a lot of people start to lose steam. The new-summer energy fades, schedules get chaotic, and it’s easy to let workouts slide. So let’s talk about how to keep the momentum going, whether you crushed June or you’re just getting started now.

What Is SummerFit?
SummerFit 2026 is a FREE summer workout challenge featuring five workouts each week throughout June, July, and August. Every workout is available for free on YouTube and designed to help you build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, increase mobility, and create healthy habits that support your long-term goals.
The best part? Most workouts are just 25–30 minutes, making it easy to fit movement into your day without spending hours exercising.
Why Strength Training Matters
At the heart of SummerFit is strength training.
Strength training helps build and maintain muscle, supports bone health, improves functional fitness, boosts confidence, and can help you feel stronger both inside and outside of your workouts.
That’s why each week includes three dedicated strength training sessions, balanced with cardio and mobility work for a well-rounded approach to fitness.
Whether your goal is to build strength, improve body composition, increase energy, support healthy aging, or simply feel your best, strength training is one of the most valuable investments you can make in your health.
Your SummerFit Plan & Structure
SummerFit follows a simple weekly structure that balances strength, cardio, and recovery:
