The best part? No planning, no guesswork, and no boring routines. Just show up, press play, and move with me!
Let’s make November STRONG!
What Is the No Repeat November Workout Challenge?
No Repeat November is a FREE 4-week at-home workout challenge featuring 20 different workouts designed to help you stay active, build strength, and keep your fitness routine fun and engaging.
Each week includes five workouts, with a mix of:
- 💪 Strength Training: Build and maintain muscle, improve functional strength, and challenge yourself with dumbbells and bodyweight exercises.
- 🔥 Cardio & HIIT: Get your heart pumping, build endurance, and challenge your cardiovascular fitness.
- ⚡ MetCon Workouts: Combine strength and conditioning for efficient, full-body training.
- 🧘♀️ Mobility, Yoga & Pilates: Improve flexibility, support recovery, and give your body some much-needed TLC.
With different exercises, workout formats, and training styles throughout the month, you’ll have opportunities to challenge your body in new ways while maintaining a consistent routine.
20 workouts. 4 weeks. One simple plan.
And yes, the entire challenge is available FREE on the BodyFit by Amy YouTube channel!
Why No Repeat Workouts?
Here’s something you might not expect me to say: You don’t need to constantly change your workouts to get results.
In fact, repeating exercises and progressively challenging your muscles over time is one of the most effective ways to build strength.
So why are we doing a No Repeat Challenge?
Because variety has its place, too!
Sometimes, trying a different workout format, exploring a new exercise, or simply switching up your routine is exactly what you need to stay motivated.
And while every workout this month is different, we’re still following a balanced structure that includes strength, cardio, and recovery.
That means you’re not just doing random workouts for the sake of doing something new. You’re following a plan that challenges different muscle groups, supports cardiovascular fitness, and gives your body time to recover.
The goal isn’t to confuse your muscles. It’s to keep YOU engaged, challenged, and excited to move!
And if that helps you show up more consistently? That’s a win in my book.
Your No Repeat November Weekly Workout Schedule
We’re keeping the structure simple and the workouts exciting!
Here’s what your week looks like:
- Monday: Strength or MetCon 💪
- Tuesday: Cardio or Conditioning 🔥
- Wednesday: Strength or Full-Body Training ⚡
- Thursday: Active Recovery, Mobility, Yoga, or Pilates 🧘♀️
- Friday: Strength or Full-Body Workout 💥
- Saturday & Sunday: Rest, recovery, or optional movement ✨
Each week includes a combination of workouts that challenge your muscles, elevate your heart rate, and support recovery.
Some days you’ll grab your dumbbells. Other days you’ll use just your bodyweight. And on recovery days, we’ll slow things down and focus on moving intentionally.
As always, you’ll have options and modifications to help you make each workout work for YOU.
Remember, you don’t have to do the hardest version of every exercise to get an effective workout.
Your body. Your pace. Your workout.
Who Is No Repeat November For?
This challenge is for YOU if you’re looking to:
- Build strength and maintain muscle with regular resistance training.
- Improve cardiovascular fitness and endurance.
- Break out of a workout rut and try something different.
- Follow a structured workout plan without spending time planning.
- Find effective, fun at-home workouts that fit your lifestyle.
- Get back into a consistent fitness routine before the holidays.
- Stay motivated with a variety of workout styles and formats.
Whether you’ve been working out with me for years or you’re pressing play for the very first time, you’re welcome here!
And if you’re coming back after a break? You don’t need to make up for lost time. Just start where you are.
What Equipment Do You Need?
You don’t need a fully equipped home gym to participate in No Repeat November.
For most workouts, you’ll want:
- A set of dumbbells (ideally a few different weights)
- An exercise mat
- Enough space to move comfortably
- Water and a towel
Several workouts use bodyweight only, so you can still get a great workout without equipment.
If you have different dumbbell weights available, keep them nearby! Some exercises may call for heavier weights, while others will feel better with lighter ones.
And don’t forget: choosing weights that appropriately challenge you is an important part of making progress with strength training.

What If You Miss a Workout?
First of all, life happens!
Between work, family, travel, and the holiday season approaching, November can get busy FAST.
And while we’d love for you to complete all 20 workouts, there’s no rule that says you have to do every single one to benefit from the challenge.
If you miss a day, pick up where you left off or move on to the next workout. If you need an extra rest day, take it. If five workouts per week feels like too much, aim for three or four.
And please don’t feel like you need to double up on workouts to catch up!
Consistency doesn’t mean never missing a workout. It means finding your way back when life gets in the way.
Your workouts should support your life, not add more stress to it.
Why November Is the Perfect Time to Keep Moving
Can we talk about how quickly the end of the year sneaks up on us?
One minute it’s September, and the next we’re thinking about Thanksgiving, holiday shopping, family gatherings, travel plans, and everything else that comes with the season.
It’s easy to tell yourself you’ll get back to your fitness routine in January.
But here’s the thing: You don’t need a new year to keep building healthy habits.
And you certainly don’t need to earn your holiday meals or work off anything you eat.
Movement isn’t punishment. It’s something we do to support our strength, health, energy, and overall well-being.
That’s what I love about this challenge.
We’re keeping things fun, mixing up the workouts, and making space for movement during a season that can feel especially busy.
Not because we need to do more, but because we deserve to feel strong and capable throughout the year.
What Can You Accomplish in Four Weeks?
Four weeks might not sound like much, but it can be enough time to build momentum and notice meaningful improvements.
Maybe you:
- Feel more confident picking up heavier dumbbells.
- Notice that certain exercises feel easier or more controlled.
- Recover a little faster after cardio intervals.
- Discover a new favorite workout style.
- Feel more comfortable making modifications when needed.
- Find yourself looking forward to your workouts instead of dreading them.
And maybe the biggest win is simply realizing that you’ve built a routine you can continue into December and beyond.
That’s the kind of progress we’re after.
Not perfection. Not punishment. Just showing up and getting stronger, one workout at a time.
Ready for No Repeat November? Let’s Do This! 💪
New month. New workouts. New opportunities to challenge yourself.
For the next four weeks, let’s focus on what we CAN do, celebrate the small wins, and have some fun along the way.
Remember, you don’t have to do every exercise perfectly. You don’t have to use the heaviest weights. And you don’t have to complete every workout on the exact day it’s scheduled.
Just keep showing up for yourself.
I’ll be right there with you, cheering you on every step of the way!
