What Is the Stronger by Summer Challenge?

The Stronger by Summer Challenge is a free 4-week strength and cardio program on YouTube, built to help you:

  • Build total body strength
  • Improve cardiovascular endurance
  • Support mobility and recovery
  • Create a routine you can actually stick with

This program officially kicks off Monday, May 4th, 2026, and all workouts are completely free and accessible anytime on YouTube.

Weekly Workout Structure

Each week follows a balanced, realistic schedule designed to help you train effectively while still recovering properly:

Monday: Full Body Strength
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Strength (Upper, Lower, or Full Body)
Thursday: Mobility & Active Recovery
Friday: Strength (Upper, Lower, or Full Body)

This structure helps you build strength safely, improve endurance, and avoid burnout — so you can actually stay consistent.

Equipment You’ll Need

Most workouts use:

  • Dumbbells or kettlebells
  • Optional bench or step
  • Optional resistance bands
  • A mat and some space to move
